WARRANTY

SBR Importers & Distributors warrants to the original purchaser of Brooks Running “product” including Shoes/Apparel/Accessories/Run Bras, that the product/s will be free from defects in materials and/or workmanship for a period of six (6) months.

The warranty period commences on the date of purchase from www.brooksrunningsa.co.za or from a Brooks-approved retailer.

The original purchase receipt must be returned with your claim. This proof of purchase is mandatory for any warranty issues.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear, and tear or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended time and use.

For any warranty claims for Brooks-product purchased from a Brooks-approved retailer, you will be required to take the product and receipt of purchase back to the Brooks-approved retailer to review the product and the claim. The Brooks-approved retailer will make the final decision on whether a warranty is accepted or not.

For any warranty claims purchased on www.brooksrunningsa.co.za, please email images of product to info@brooksrunningsa.co.za. We will also require images of the Brooks product including images of the sole, top and problem area to be uploaded with Defective Problem Claim. We have a 2 working day turnaround policy to review your claim and provide you with a response on whether a warranty is accepted or not. If it’s decided that your claim is covered within our Defective Product policy, we will offer replacement product of equal or similar specifications/value.

Where did you purchase this product?

For any warranty claims for Brooks-product purchased from a Brooks-approved retailer, you will be required to take the product and receipt of purchase back to the Brooks-approved retailer to review the product and the claim
